What is your returns and exchanges policy?
RETURNS: We’re happy for you to return a pair of shoes within 30 days as long as they are in original condition with the shoe box and packaging if you accidentally bought the wrong size/color or if you’ve received a pair of shoes that are not quite right. Returns are free in the US! Simply fill out our Returns form with all your details and our customer service representative will get in contact with more details on how to send those back. Once our warehouse has received them, we will be in contact to either provide you a refund or a credit note for sale items. It takes up to 5 business days to process returns.
EXCHANGES: If you need to exchange a pair for a different size, simply fill out our Returns form. Our customer service representative will get in contact with details on how to send those back to us. Once our warehouse receives them, we will be in contact asap to let you know and we will then provide you with a credit note to re-purchase the new size/color you require.


Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Please see below for shipping costs.


How much is postage?
USA: We now provide Free Shipping USA wide, hooray! Express Shipping is available in the USA for $19.
International shipping is only available through our Australian website, simply click the flag at the top right corner to switch to our Australian website.
Please note: We do not ship to Netherlands as we have an agreement with our distributors there. You can purchase direct via their online store at www.rollienation.nl. We do not ship to Mexico due to postage issues.


I placed an order where is it?
All of our orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 business hours excluding public holidays. You will receive your order within approximately 2-5 business days within USA with the standard delivery option. You can track your order using the tracking details which will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched.


I entered the wrong shipping address, how do I change it?
Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. You can email us - info@rollienation.com.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard payments. You can also pay via PayPal and PayPal credit which will redirect you to the PayPal website and once you’ve confirmed payment you will be redirected back to the Rollie website to finalise your order. All quoted prices and transactions are processed in US dollars.
Promotional Codes: If you are signed up to our mailing list, you will occasionally receive promotional codes to be used on our website for a discount. Codes are case sensitive so please ensure you enter the code in exactly as it is given to you. Only one promotional code can be used for each order.
Store Credit: If you have store credit that you would like to use on your next purchase, simply sign into your Rollie account before placing an order and the credit will automatically be applied to the total of your order at checkout.


How secure is your store?
This store uses Braintree powered by Paypal for payments which uses the highest industry standards and guidelines to protect your information using the Braintree Vault, which uses multiple encryption keys with split knowledge and dual control. This site is also uses Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Your privacy is critically important to us. At Rollie, we have a few fundamental principles. We don’t ask for personal information unless we truly need it.
